I Did Not Received My Login Details, What Should I Do?
There are numbe of reasons why a new member didn’t receive their login details.
These are the most common ones:
- Spam Email – The email that we sent you might be in your spam /junk folder. Try checking it and if it’s not, contact our chat support.
- Incorrect Email – Upon signing up, the member entered a wrong or mispelled email address. You will need to provide us with your correct email address. Contact our chat support to update your email.
- Drop Email – The email is already full and no longer can received new emails. You will need to provide us with a new email address. Contact our chat support to update your email.
- Black Listed Email – If your email is on blacklist, you need to provide us with a new email address. Contact our chat support to update your email.

STEP 2: Tell our chat support that you haven’t received your login details.
STEP 3: Provide your correct email address and your complete name.
After providing your info, our support team will verify your account and they will resend your login details as soon as possible.
