WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are mostly digital goods delivered via Internet download and we instantly credit commissions to our affiliates, we generally offer no refunds. All back end products (Gold, Titanium, Platinum) are sold “as is”. All sales are final and you assume the responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued.
WHAT IS AN IMPLEMENTATION GUARANTEE?
However we do offer a unique type of guarantee. It’s called an Implementation Guarantee and this applies to application fees only. Please take note that this is different from a money back guarantee.
The purpose of the implementation guarantee is to optimize our system and training and help our members in producing results as soon as possible.
For us to make sure that you can produce results immediately, we will require you to watch all the lessons in the right order, and you are required to follow all training and instructions from your personal coach.

IMPLEMENTATION GUARANTEE RULES
RULE # 1 – You need to complete all 10 Steps and you need to finish all the assignments. There are 2 kinds of assignments, assignments from the steps and assignments given by your coach.
RULE # 2 – You need to implement and complete all the tasks and traffic strategy in 30 Day Traffic Implementation Program.
RULE # 3 – If you skip any step, or if you didn’t complete the assignments, tasks and strategies, the guarantee will be forfeited.
WHAT ARE THE IMPLEMENTATION GUARANTEE PROCEDURE?
- Provide your username and email so we can check if you completed all the steps.
- Provide proof that you complete all assignments from 10 Step Training
- Provide proof that you completed all the task from 10 Step Training
- Provide proof that you completed all assignments from 10 Step Training
- Provide proof that you completed all the traffic tasks from 30 Day Traffic Program
- Provide proof that you completed all the strategy from 30 Day Traffic Program

WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF A CUSTOMER FILED A PAYPAL DISPUTE?
Sometime, a customer might file a dispute (refund request) from paypal. Paypal will have the final decision if they will allow the refund. Unity Network doesn’t have a control on this.
When paypal grant the refund, we will need to pay back the entire payment plus additional P500 chargeback fees. In this case we will also need to revoke the commissions paid to the referring partner (sponsor).
If the commission was already paid out and there are no available balance in the sponsor account, it will become a negative balance and will be charge on the next commissions of the referring member.
REFUND POLICY UNDER THE IRR OF RA 7394
If the product or services that customer bought are defective customers are entitled to either an exchange or refund. Only defective products bought from this website can be returned or exchanged. Under the IRR of RA 7394 (the consumer act of the Phil.) “a change of mind on your part does not entitle you to a refund or exchange”.
If you are subscribe with any of our subscription product or service, you may cancel your membership at any time either by submitting a ticket at our support site, contact via e-mail or by telephone. As a member, you are responsible for ensuring a cancellation request is received and processed.
REFUND ON BACKEND PRODUCTS
Backend products like Gold, Titanium, Platinum and Diamond are non refundable and / or not entitled for implementation / action taker guarantee. All back end products are sold “as is”. All sales are final and you assume the responsibility for your purchase and no refunds will be issued.
