Some of the reason why applications or payments may still pending after more than 48 hours are the following:
Dragonpay: The payment you sent maybe insuficient. Some Dragonpay payment options like BDO over the counter may add additional fees (P25) on top of the payment price. Paypal: Possible reason is the user may have provided an incorrect email address. Please contact our chat support immediately or create a support ticket so we can update your email. There’s a support button on the right side of this page.
OFW Remittance: Your remittance may haven’t credited yet to our bank account or you have provided an incorrect referrence #. Please contact your remittance service provider. Ask for the status of your payment and ask for the correct referrence number.
